Many of you in our community have been following Susan’s journey. At 81 years young, she is the embodiment of dedication and a powerful testament to the idea that it is never too late to build strength. We recently shared a video of her latest achievement, and it’s a milestone worth talking about.


The Milestone: More Than Just a Push-Up


In the video, you see Susan performing a set of modified push-ups from her knees. For those unfamiliar with fitness, this might look like a simple exercise. This movement requires a tremendous amount of core stability, upper-body strength, and control—all things that Susan has worked diligently to build, week after week.

A few months ago, this was a long-term goal. It was something we were working towards by building a foundation with other exercises. Today, through her unwavering consistency and positive attitude, it’s a reality.
