Dream Team Group Fitness is a personal training studio in the Jefferson Park neighborhood of Chicago, built for people who want real results, real coaching, and a clear plan—not crowded gyms or random workouts.

We specialize in one-on-one and small-group personal training designed around you. Every client starts with a personalized approach based on your goals—fat loss, strength, muscle tone, mobility, or just feeling better in your body. No cookie-cutter programs. No guesswork. Just smart, effective training with a coach who’s there to guide you every step of the way.

We also offer small, high-energy group sessions, but even there, coaching comes first. You’ll still get attention, motivation, and structure—just in a fun, supportive team environment.
