Susan joined Dream Team Group Fitness with one simple goal in mind—to get stronger and feel more confident in her daily life. From the start, she was paired with our passionate trainer, Matt Kline, who brings not only expertise but also encouragement, energy, and plenty of fun to every session.

Strength Training at Any Age

Strength training isn’t just for bodybuilders or athletes. As Susan proves every single week, anyone at any stage of life can benefit from building strength. Under Matt’s guidance, Susan’s routine includes:
